How to get to Y STōK Cae Ras/The Racecourse

The STōK Cae Ras/The Racecourse Ground home of Wrexham AFC is located on Mold Road. The postcode is LL11 2AH.  

By car, take the A483 from Chester or Oswestry to Wrexham. Exit at the ‘Mold’ junction and then follow signs for ‘Town Centre’  and the STōK Cae Ras will come into view. 

By train: The nearest station is Wrexham General which is located next to the Ground.  

By bus: Wrexham Bus Station is located in the centre of the City.  From the bus station, head towards the multi-storey car  park and turn right along Mold Road.  The Ground will be located on the right-hand side, just  after you cross the bridge over the railway tracks, about half a mile along this road. 

Please note: Road closures are in place on Mold Road from 15 minutes  prior to full-time, and last for up to 45 minutes. 

University Car Park (pre-book): Right next to the ground on the University car park, with accessible blue-badge parking also available.  The car park is owned by Wrexham University and managed by The Big Parking for the 2024/25 season. Wrexham AFC is not liable or responsible for the management or operation of the car park, nor the belongings/vehicles parked within so don't leave anything valuable in plain sight when you park. Do not park in permit zones around the stadium. 

B&Q from £3: Couple of minutes walk. Cheap parking near the big roundabout across the road from the Uni and ground. Book with: yourparkingspace.co.uk

The spaces are suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4).

The spaces are available 6AM-10PM on weekdays and 6AM-8PM on a weekend. You can enter/exit this car park multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

Sainsburys from £3.50: Cheap parking

Parking can be booked through JustPark and is great value parking -  STōK Cae Ras Parking | Guaranteed Spaces (justpark.com)  It is very busy getting out just after the match, so either leave early, sit in a queue for a LONG time or just go get something to eat at Sainsbury Café - open till 7pm or The Plas Coch Pub open 11am to 11pm (near Sainsbury's Petrol Station) to pass the time so the roads will be clear when you leave.

Parking on Ellice Way, LL13  (Business Park) (6 to 8 min walk) - £14 All day book with JustPark. From this business on Ellice Way you can walk along Lilac Way which comes out across the road from the ground.......  Wrexham LL11 2AH Parking | Guaranteed Spaces (justpark.com)

Please note: There are NO provisions for parking at Wrexham General Railway Station on a match-day.
